Class is online in a group participation format, held on Zoom. You are personally coached by me via my Empowered.Nutrition model, learning through demonstration and Q&A.
Participants will also receive a FREE Nutrition Guide to help with meal planning and a 20 minute follow-up coaching call.

Our engaging and interactive sessions show you how vibrant foods can HEAL and lead you to a true enjoyment of food. Learn how to make healthy smoothies and juices and master delicious recipes with five ingredients or less.
Our one-on-one & small group coaching sessions are tailored to your specific wellness and fitness goals. These sessions are based are conducted virtually or in-person and can be packaged with The Well Fit Pro fitness programs as a comprehensive wellness plan. We also work with individuals & teams as a part of organizational wellness programs.
